In this lesson, we will work deeper with your concerns; it’s time to release and let go of your worries – once and for all! It’s time to stop giving them more of your energy and use your energy for better things.

The key is your heart

How to break the worry, anxiety, frustration, and irritation

• Be aware of our thoughts and realize that you are worrying, have anxiety, frustration, or irritation

• Pull the handbrake and remember that you aren’t in your heart when you feel like this!

  • Use your quick elevator to fix it!
    (Think of tone to the room under the stars in your heart. Use the tone and move your mind directly to your heart.)

• At this moment, is there anything I can do about it?  

• If YES – fix it and then release it

• If NO – release it directly

  • Distract your brain with the help of your affirmation

• Repeat the affirmation over and over again, until the worry, anxiety, frustration, or annoyance is gone

What is the real reason for your stress?

If you want to know, what’s the real reason for your stress is, you have to look inside and start to listen to your heart. It’s in your heart that you have all the answers you need to be able to change your patterns and understand why you repeat them.

What has love got to do with it? Most people find it hard to understand why loving yourself is so important. How do you feel about it?

Do you recognize yourself in any of these statements?

  • I feel inadequate
    You don’t feel this way– With love for yourself, you know for certain that you always do your best. Nobody can expect more from you.
  • I fail when trying to do what I want to do – With love for yourself, you know that there is no such thing as failure – only different ways of learning.

Set self loving boundaries

The only one who can set your boundaries is YOU!
When you have learned how to set self loving boundaries in your life, there will be more space to do what you really love to do.

  1. You have to learn how to say NO!

2. You have to STOP Before you answer when someone wants your help or your time

Stop and think:
– Do I want to? – Can I do it? – Do I have the energy?

Sometimes you want to, but…

You can’t – you don’t have the time for it

Sometimes you want to and you can, but…

You haven’t got the energy for it

You have to learn how to say NO – for your own sake.

If you think this is hard, you need to work with your affirmation, with the love for yourself.

You can’t help anyone at all if you break down.

First, you need to take care of yourself
– then you can take care of the rest …

Break old patterns

You need to know how to break old patterns if you want to change anything in your life. What is the “old pattern” that you repeat time after time?

Is it in relationships that you repeat patterns? – In a behavior? – Or in a way you respond to something?

Become aware of your “old patterns” and learn how to recognize them – use the tools from part one.

Your feelings and reactions

The purpose of the first lesson is for you to become aware of how you can influence your thoughts, feelings, and reactions. You can consciously change the thoughts and patterns you don’t need anymore.

To take control of your own thoughts, and understand that you can do this, is basic and very simple once you realize how to do it.

When you know how to control your thoughts and reactions, you will be able to decide what you want to put your energy into. You can stop yourself when you start to worry about different things, and you can reduce your stress by choice and let go of thoughts that unnecessarily fills your mind.

And Hey … When you forget – if you forget … Don’t feel annoyed or frustrated with yourself. We are all human beings and we always do the best we can – everyone forgets now and then. Increase your love for yourself and go back and repeat these lessons to help you remember how to do it instead.

Five minutes! That’s all you need

Five minutes a day is all you need

Now you know;

There are only three things you need to know to be able to live from your heart – for real.

1. Your love for yourself

2. Anchor your heart in the Earth and the Sun

3. Find the way to your heart and to your room

Remember: In order to enter your heart, you must first anchor your heart in the Earth and in the Sun, it is the “key” to enter.

Once you understand the meditations and feel confident in them – then, you use our “5-minute” morning routine.

Five minutes and a quick fix

If you fall out of your heart sometime during the day (it happens to everyone now and then), you can simply use your “fast elevator” to get back into your heart immediately.

Step 3. Live from your heart – for real!

The heart meditation and your lifes purpose

To be able to do the journey to your heart, and ultimately be able to live from your heart, you first have to learn how to do it.

In this video, you will learn how to travel with your mind in your body. Please do this exercise a few times.

Now it’s finally time to travel to your heart for the first time.

The Heart Meditation – Find your room inside your heart

This meditation guides you down to your heart and inside, to the rooms who are there for real!

In the first room, you will find all the knowledge about yourself and in the next room, you are in touch with everything. Listen to the Heart meditation until you understand the different parts of it.

In this lesson, I explain why you should anchor your heart in the Earth and the Sun and how it is done.

A small guide to handling the news

Maybe we need a small guide to handling the news… We see and hear them every day. At the breakfast table while flicking through the paper, on the radio in the car.

When we go grocery shopping and pass “shouting” headlines by the checkout counters. Sometimes it feels like the worse the news, the “better” it is.

We see them when we interact on social media. When we pick up the phone to check out the latest updates from our friends, somewhere in between posts about family dinners and walks with the dog, they show up, distraught words regarding an injustice someone suffered.    

Everywhere we turn, there they are, ready to shout out their announcements – to engage, to tell messages of grief, to agitate, to influence. They are vivid and emotional, or clinical and cold. They show cruelty against individuals and minority groups, and the heart bleeds for all of those who are unable to defend themselves, or for those who do and pay dearly for doing so.

Sometimes the price is exclusion, torture, or perhaps even death. Crazy politicians exclaiming one madness after another, or conspire in secret, while rattling PC-hogwash on TV, all glued-on smiles.

It’s full-on. It’s everywhere.
